Founder Bio
Peter Saint Fleur is a former football player, coach, and sports agent with a passion for empowering athletes beyond the game. Raised in Miami, Florida, as the oldest of six siblings in a Haitian-American household, he learned the value of hard work, resilience, and giving back.
With a degree in Sports & Business Management from Concord University and a Florida sports agent license, Peter has built a nationwide network in sports management, playing and coaching at the JUCO, Division II, and Division III levels. Fluent in English, French, and Creole, he excels in building connections and advocating for athletes’ success on and off the field.
Driven by the belief that an athlete’s identity is more than physical ability, Peter founded LOYD Sports Management (Live Out Your Dreams) to help athletes build lasting careers, brands, and philanthropic initiatives. His mission is clear: LOYD isn’t just about chasing dreams—it’s about living them.
